Step 1: Connect and discover

The first step is to simply reach out by phone or email to discuss the student’s needs, goals, and current math level. From there, our tutors will schedule an introductory meeting with the student and provide the first 3 hours of tutoring at no cost.

These sessions help build a personalized learning plan designed around the student’s learning style, pace, and academic goals while also giving the student and parents the opportunity to see if the tutoring approach is the right fit. After the introductory sessions, families can decide if they would like to continue working with us.

Step 2: Personalized learning sessions

Tutoring sessions are then scheduled either online through Zoom or in person at the student’s home depending on location.

During each session, students receive one-on-one support with homework, test preparation, problem-solving strategies, and difficult math concepts at a pace that works best for them. As students continue tutoring, they build stronger skills, gain confidence, improve grades, and become more independent learners over time.

One thing parents and students really appreciate is the flexible scheduling and personalized approach. We understand that every student learns differently and that families have busy schedules, so tutoring sessions are designed to work around the student’s availability and learning pace.

Whether sessions are online through Zoom or in person at the student’s home, the focus is always on making math less stressful, more understandable, and even enjoyable.
